Cancellation Policy

One-on-One Mentorship Program Policy: Thank you for choosing to embark on your spiritual journey through the One-on-One Mentorship Program. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all participants, the following policies apply to this program: The date and time you select to purchase the mentorship program will be the day of your first session. After purchasing the mentorship program, you will receive an email within 24 hours to discuss and finalize a date and time for your weekly sessions - this can be, but not guaranteed to be the same time as the first session. Sessions are conducted via Zoom and will be scheduled for one hour each week for the duration of the program (five weeks). Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of that session. In the event of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis. No-Show Policy If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled. Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of this program and the time and energy dedicated to each mentee, no refunds will be issued once the program has been purchased. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from completing the mentorship program, please reach out to discuss potential options, such as pausing and resuming at a later date. These situations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed. Commitment and Participation This mentorship program is designed to help you grow spiritually and intuitively. Your commitment to attending sessions and completing any recommended practices between sessions is essential to achieving the best results.
