Cancellation Policy

By participating in a mediumship session with Brittany, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: For Guidance & Healing Purposes Only – Mediumship sessions are intended to provide spiritual guidance, healing, and connection with loved ones in spirit. They are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. No Guarantees – While every effort is made to bring through meaningful and evidential messages, specific results cannot be guaranteed. Spirit communication is unique to each session, and messages come through as they are meant to be received. Personal Responsibility – You are responsible for any choices or actions you take based on the information provided during the session. Brittany is not responsible for decisions made as a result of a reading. Confidentiality – All sessions are private and confidential. However, Brittany reserves the right to decline a session if she feels it is not in the best interest of the client or herself. No Readings for Minors – Clients must be 18 years or older to book a session. If under 18, a legal guardian must provide written consent. Entertainment Purposes – In accordance with certain state and country laws, all mediumship readings are provided as a form of spiritual exploration and are considered for entertainment purposes only. Health & Well-Being – Brittany is not a medical professional and does not diagnose or treat health conditions. Any messages regarding health should not be taken as medical advice, and you should consult a qualified healthcare provider for any concerns. No Refunds for Completed Sessions – Due to the time and energy involved, completed sessions are non-refundable. If Brittany needs to cancel or reschedule for any reason, a new appointment will be offered. Zoom Session Requirements – All sessions are conducted via Zoom. Clients must have their camera turned on for the duration of the session to maintain an open and connected experience. *For clients in the US* You must email me your mailing address after our session to Brittany@Brittanyspath.com as I can not see your mailing address when appointment is made. Only US residents will receive a hardcopy of their painting via mail. *Outside of the US* You will receive a digital copy of your painting to the email you provided to book the appointment. By scheduling and participating in a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.
